Allison Graham is a strategic healthcare diagnostics leader who thrives at the intersection of big-picture strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and getting complex things done. As Vice President of Enterprise Portfolio Strategy & Delivery at Cleveland Diagnostics, she partners with executive leadership to turn ambitious ideas into focused portfolios, scalable processes, and successful product launches. Her work spans portfolio strategy, PMO leadership, product lifecycle governance, launch readiness, and enterprise planning across regulated diagnostic environments.

Before joining Cleveland Diagnostics, Allison served as Senior Director of Strategic Marketing & Planning at Meridian Bioscience, where she helped shape long-range strategy, guide new product development, support business growth initiatives, and lead execution across a complex diagnostics pipeline. Earlier in her career, she held commercial and strategic leadership roles at Siemens Healthineers. Allison holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.
