Bernadette Armbruster is a passionate and people-focused Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience driving talent strategy, employee relations, benefits and compensation programs, HR compliance, and organizational effectiveness. As Vice President of People & Culture at CDx, she leads the company’s human resources strategy and operations, supporting the growth and development of a rapidly expanding organization.

Known for her approachable leadership style and commitment to building high-performing, employee-centered cultures, Bernadette partners closely with executive leadership to develop workforce strategies that strengthen culture, support employees, and drive long-term business success. She is deeply committed to creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

Bernadette holds SHRM-CP and PHR certifications and previously served as Chapter President of LGASHRM, a local professional association dedicated to HR practitioners.
