Dr. Boris Zaslavsky is the visionary mind behind Cleveland Diagnostics’ novel ATPS (aqueous two-phase partitioning) testing platform and one of the company’s co-founders. Boris is a bioanalytical chemist by trade, with more than 30 years’ experience in scientific and technical innovation, including at the Russian Academy of Science, where he earned his Doctor of Science degree, Cornell Medical College and Argonne National Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy. Boris is the author of more than 140 publications, co-inventor of multiple patents, and author of the definitive book in the ATPS field, Aqueous Two-Phase Partitioning: Physical Chemistry and Bioanalytical Applications. As chief scientific officer, he is leading the development of analytical and clinical applications for Cleveland Diagnostics’ versatile testing technology.
