Valerie Dixon

As Chief Financial Officer, Valerie Dixon leads Cleveland Diagnostics’ financial strategy and capital planning to support the company’s continued growth and commercialization. She brings nearly 20 years of experience advising healthcare companies, executives, and boards on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings.

Before joining Cleveland Diagnostics, Valerie was a Senior Partner on the Capital Solutions and Value Realization team at Flagship Pioneering. Previously, she served as Managing Director and Global Head of Life Sciences Tools and Diagnostics within Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Valerie earned her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and her MBA from the Yale School of Management.
